Insuffient Data! message when setting up sales person location

When selecting the state and city for the sales person the following message appears:
Insufficient Data!
You have to select some
state and city for a Sales Person

| CAUSE |
| |
This message will appear when the city and /or state are selected but the sales person name is not selected. |
| |
|
| RESOLUTION |
| |
The correct procedure is to first select the sales person name on the left-hand drop-down box, then the state, then the city, before hitting the (Save) button. |
