IHCS displays a blank screen when the F11 key is pressed

When the F11 key is pressed to change Internet Explorer to Full Screen mode, the displayed IHCS page is replaced by a white box surrounded by a black frame. |

This problem is the result of an incompatibility between Internet Explorer 9 and IHCS. |

To display the missing IHCS page, click the broken page icon in the Internet Explorer address bar, show below.
